Pilates and Stretch Class

  • Pilates and Stretch Class (for beginners)
  • Mondays at 12.15 until 1.00
  • Group exercise class – maximum of 8 people per class
  • Duration of class – 45 minutes

This Pilates class includes lots of beginner body conditioning exercises that will strengthen your whole body in an even way. This class also includes a stretch section. The class is done to energizing upbeat music and will improve well-being. Class is open to all abilities and all ages. It offers a great work out.

When you book you will be reserved a space on the next block of sessions. Please email if you want to know start dates. Once you have booked we will contact you with dates and details for your block of sessions.

You can book on for a block of 6 sessions.
The first session is free, remaining 5 will cost £40.

Pop Pilates Class

  • Pop Pilates Class (for beginners and intermediates)
  • Wednesdays at 12.15 until 1.00
  • Group exercise class – maximum of 8 people per class
  • Duration of class – 45 minutes

This Pilates class includes lots of beginner and intermediate body conditioning exercises that will strengthen the whole body, especially the core. This class is fun and uplifting. Classes are delivered to pop music. If you want, wear colourful workout clothes, bring a smile and move to the beat. We welcome all abilities and ages.

  • These sessions will take place at a time that suits the client and the instructor.
  • Duration of session is 1 hour.

You can book on for a block of 6 sessions. This will cost £150.
