We care about each of our clients so we ensure health and safety by following these guidelines.

Your Safety Guidelines

All of our clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) prior to attending exercise sessions. This uncovers health and lifestyle facts and issues which can ensure we provide appropriate movement and advice.

There are appropriate safety procedures in place such as quick introductions at the beginning of each session to explain emergency fire instructors and a moment to ask if any clients have an injury or problem which may impact them during the session. Other safety procedures include the fact that we use good quality equipment in a safe studio and remind clients to keep equipment tidy.
