Fitness sessions
At ‘ The Upper Deck Studio’ we offer amazing ways to keep your body and mind fit and healthy. We offer fitness sessions based on Pilates, Ballet, Strength and Conditioning and Maker Project. We offer these fitness sessions to individuals and small groups of clients. These sessions can be delivered in person or virtually.
